A welcoming family in Traverse City, Michigan is seeking a reliable and experienced full-time Nanny / Family Assistant to support their household and care for two children aged 4 and 8 years. This role is ideal for an organised, proactive nanny who enjoys supporting school-age children while also assisting with light family support duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing attentive, age-appropriate care for two children (ages 4 and 8)
Planning and engaging the children in fun, educational, and enriching activities
School pick-ups and safely driving the children to after-school activities and appointments
Preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks for the children
Supporting homework, reading, and structured routines
Child-related tidying, organisation, and light household support
Assisting with family errands and general household organisation as needed
Creating a calm, structured, and supportive environment
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Either 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Requirements:
Proven experience as a nanny or family assistant
Driver required with a reliable own car
Clean driving record
Organised, dependable, and proactive approach
Comfortable balancing childcare with light family assistant duties
Compensation:
$25–$28 per hour, depending on experience
Mileage reimbursement provided
