A loving family in Queen Creek, Arizona is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist to provide attentive overnight support for their newborn. This role is ideal for a highly skilled, nurturing professional who can ensure the baby sleeps safely and comfortably while supporting the parents during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Overnight care for a newborn, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM, five nights per week (Monday–Friday)
Assisting with feeding, soothing, and diapering throughout the night
Establishing and supporting healthy sleep routines
Monitoring the baby’s safety and well-being during night hours
Collaborating with parents to maintain consistency and continuity of care
Contract: 6–12 weeks, starting ASAP
Compensation: $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
