Travel Nanny – High-Profile Baseball Family, Orlando, FL
Must be local to Orlando, FL (live-out role; no relocation candidates)
A high-profile professional baseball family is seeking an experienced, energetic Travel Nanny to support the care of their four young children: an 8-month-old baby, 2.5-year-old twins, and a 4-year-old child.
The family divides their time between Orlando, FL and various destinations during the baseball season. This role is live-out while based in Orlando, therefore only local candidates will be considered (no relocation).
You will work alongside a highly involved stay-at-home mother in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, helping ensure consistency, structure, and nurturing care both at home and while traveling.
Childcare Responsibilities
Provide hands-on, nurturing care for four children from infant through pre-K age
Plan and facilitate developmentally appropriate educational and play activities, at home and on the go
Support daily routines, including meals, bath time, bedtime, school/playdate preparation, and travel transitions
Organize creative play, sensory activities, crafts, reading, and outdoor exploration
Foster social and emotional development through calm communication, empathy, and consistency
Collaborate closely with mom to divide and conquer childcare (e.g., caring for two children while she engages the others)
Maintain a safe, structured environment while encouraging independence and confidence
Household & Travel Support
Manage light child-related housekeeping, including laundry, tidying play areas, restocking supplies, and light meal prep
Run errands, grocery shop, and assist with household coordination (pet care, deliveries, appointments)
Oversee packing, unpacking, and organization for children during travel
Communicate and coordinate with the weekly housekeeper and private chef to ensure smooth household operations
Schedule: 40 hours per week guaranteed
Up to 60 hours per week when traveling
Travel: Frequent domestic travel during baseball “in-season” periods
Accommodation: Always provided when traveling
Salary: $90,000 gross per year
