Family in Heber City, Utah is seeking a highly experienced nanny to support their 13-year-old daughter with Autism. This role is ideal for someone experienced with neurodivergent teens who is emotionally intelligent, grounded, and comfortable with a structured yet flexible schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide attentive, respectful, consistent care to a 13-year-old girl with Autism
Support emotional regulation and sensory needs
Assist with meals, hygiene, and daily transitions
Support school routines, therapies, and activities
Transport to appointments, therapies, and activities as needed
Light child-related housekeeping (laundry, tidying, organizing supplies)
SCHEDULE:
Monday–Friday
After-school hours approximately 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM (bedtime)
Weekend availability required
Compensation: $28-$35 an hour
