Family in Carlsbad, CA is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist to provide overnight coverage and infant support for their newborn, due in April 2026. A strong background in infant development, gentle sleep conditioning, and postpartum family care is required. The NCS will work 5 nights per week (12-hour shifts) and this is a 3-6 month contract. The candidate should be passport-ready, as the family plans to travel internationally and would like the NCS to accompany them. Pay up to $45+/hour.
