Family in Upper Tooting, SW12 is looking for a live-in nanny to care for their three children, aged 6, 4, and 16 months.
Duties:
Provide high-quality, attentive care that supports each child’s emotional, social, and developmental milestones
Create a stimulating environment through a balance of structured and free play -including indoor and outdoor activities, sports, creative projects, reading, and calm downtime
Support the older children with homework, reading practice, and fostering independent learning skills
Prepare and serve nutritious lunches and meals tailored to the children’s needs
Oversee daily routines, including school and nursery pick-ups, and manage after-school transitions smoothly
Take primary responsibility for the youngest child (16 months) during the day -including feeding, attending baby/toddler classes, engaging in early learning activities, encouraging language development, and nurturing her natural curiosity
Plan and organise engaging schedules during school holidays – arranging playdates, attending camps, visiting extended family, and creating fun and enriching activities for all three children
Manage child-related housekeeping, including laundry, tidying bedrooms and play areas, and preparing school/nursery bags
Open to occasional travel with the family (approximately one week per year), supporting the children’s routines while away
This is a Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm role with occasional babysitting. While both parents work from home a few days a week, the role is fully sole charge.
Salary: £45,000+ GPA
