UHNW family in Puerto Rico are seeking an experienced, hands-on Nanny with infant expertise to care for their three-month-old son and provide long-term support. The ideal candidate will hold both US and UK or EU passports, allowing for seamless global travel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, full-time care for the baby, including feeding, bathing, sleep training, and overall wellness.
Support developmental milestones (nutrition, routines, potty training, early learning).
Manage all nursery duties: laundry, closet organization, formula preparation, and supply management.
Prepare fresh, nutritious baby food from scratch (nutritional background strongly preferred).
Ensure travel readiness, including packing documents, medications, toys, and essentials.
Travel globally with the family on short notice (Europe summers, Kenya bush trips, yachting). Must be comfortable on planes, helicopters, and boats, with no motion sickness.
Provide light household support and errands related to the child.
Coordinate child-related scheduling and appointments.
Maintain a highly organized environment with meticulous attention to detail.
The nanny will work Monday to Friday, 40–50 per week and housing is available at each location.
Competitive salary: $130,000 – $180,000 annually (DOE)
