A family in Cape Cod, MA is seeking a Summer Nanny to support the care of three young children aged 1 to 5, working alongside another full-time nanny. The role includes all aspects of childcare, planning developmentally appropriate activities, and ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun environment throughout the day, especially during outdoor and water-based activities where strong supervision is essential. This is a temporary contract running from early June through mid-August. The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, and experienced with young children, able to work collaboratively as part of a childcare team while maintaining a proactive and flexible approach. Candidates must be strong swimmers and comfortable supervising children around water. The position is Monday to Friday, 40–45 hours per week, with flexibility required for one or two late evenings per week. Compensation is $30–$40 DOE.
