Special-Needs Nanny needed for two children, ages 11 & 5 in Weston, FL. Candidates must have experience with children with special needs children. One child has cerebral palsy and is nonverbal but communicates through spelling and whiteboards. They prioritize patience, kindness, and flexibility in their home and require a nanny who aligns with their values.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist with daily therapies (training provided) and her overall care, including bathroom assistance and hygiene.
Encourage imaginative play, arts, music, and outdoor activities.
Manage light tidying, children’s laundry
Practice gentle discipline with a structured yet nurturing approach.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week and pay is $30/hour.
