Bay Area family based in San Mateo is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nanny to provide specialized support and care for their 8-year-old autistic child. They are seeking candidates with previous experience supporting neurodivergent children, with a natural ability to connect with kids and create a loving environment. Experience with ABA (or similar) therapy is a plus, but not required.
Duties will include comprehensive care for the child, including meal preparation and laundry, general organizing and tidying up in child’s areas, planning and participating in outdoor activities, walks, outings, and appointments.
The position can be live-in or live-out and the family is open to local and non-local candidates.
This is a Monday to Friday position, 40 hours guaranteed per week.
Pay up to $45/hour + healthcare stipend and benefits. Relocation package can be discussed for the right fit.
