We are seeking a highly experienced, career Nanny to provide exceptional daytime support from birth onward. This role requires a seamless, professional presence with a strong focus on safety, routine, and evidence-based developmental practices. The ideal candidate will support the family in becoming confident, capable parents while remaining largely invisible and never intrusive.
Key responsibilities include:
– Primary newborn care starting at birth, prioritizing safety, structure, and developmental best practices
– Supporting parents with guidance and consistency while respecting all parental boundaries
– Coordinating closely with night nurses in the early months and facilitating a smooth transition to daytime care
– Maintaining detailed schedules, feeding logs, developmental milestones, and clear daily communication
– Strict adherence to hygiene, health protocols, and family rules (including no kissing the baby)
– Light child-related organization and household support when the housekeeper is not present (baby laundry, child-related tidying, light kitchen reset)
– Upholding absolute discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
This is a full time position starting in May 2026. Compensation from 100K gross per year.
