We are looking for a motivated and nurturing full-time Nanny to join a private family with three children in Miami Beach, FL. The perfect candidate will be engaging, creative, organized, and maintain a calm presence and clean working environment. The family is looking for a candidate who is seeking a long-term opportunity, and can work well with others.
Requirements:
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly recommended, but not required
Valid Green Card or Passport for international travel, available for travel as needed
Clean driving record with the ability to drive the children as required
Clear background check
Professional childcare experience with a focus on long-term commitment
Outgoing, warm, yet firm personality; nurturing and structured approach to caregiving
Adaptable and flexible, with the willingness to accommodate temporary live-in situations during home renovations
Responsibilities:
Support the morning routine, including dressing and breakfast preparation
Safely transport children to and from school and extracurricular activities
Organize engaging, educational, and entertaining activities for the children
Assist with light meal preparation for the children as needed
Ensure a tidy and calm environment, especially during periods of home renovation
Manage light household tasks related to childcare (e.g., organizing play areas, children’s laundry)
Occasionally help with evening or weekend duties as needed
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 50 hours/week schedule, early starts at 7-8AM with occasional weekend availability.
Compensation: Up to $35/hour, with overtime after 40 hours, PTO, no benefits
