We are seeking an experienced and nurturing Nanny to join a warm family based in Haverford, PA, caring for three young children aged 4, 2, and a newborn. The ideal candidate will be engaging, proactive, and creative, with a strong focus on fostering a screen-free environment through enriching activities that encourage learning, play, and exploration.
Responsibilities include all standard nanny duties such as preparing healthy meals and snacks, supporting daily routines, and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for each child’s individual needs. The role also involves school drop-offs and pick-ups, transportation to activities, and assisting with age-appropriate developmental milestones. The family values a collaborative approach, so strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday with 40 hours guaranteed.
Hourly rate is $35–$40 depending on experience
