A family in Short Hills is seeking a dedicated and nurturing long-term nanny to care for their toddler and infant, providing attentive support in a safe, structured, and loving environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced with young children and confident managing the needs of both a toddler and a baby, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining nap schedules while creating engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support physical, emotional, and social growth. Responsibilities include planning enriching play and learning opportunities, safely transporting the children to activities, playdates, or appointments when needed, and maintaining a clean, organised space for the children while following health and safety guidelines. The nanny should be flexible and comfortable adapting to changing schedules, as parents may occasionally work from home and require some additional support.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–6:00pm.
Compensation: $28–$32 per hour.
