Live-in nanny/house manager needed for a family in Boulder, CO. They have 1-year-old son and duties will include primary care of their son such as managing his schedule, getting him up and ready for the day, engaging in play and activities, and working to help him reach physical and developmental milestones. Additional tasks include snack and meal prep, driving him to activities, light tidying/cleaning after him, and helping with anything related to general childcare. Household Manager duties will include: managing household vendors, liaising between the contractors, gardeners, and maintenance people etc, running errands, scheduling appointments, and organizational projects. Schedule is Monday-Friday 7 am-6 pm with a two-hour break during the day. Private accommodations (room plus bathroom) provided. Compensation is $80K-$105K DOE.
