This role is ideal for an experienced professional skilled in newborn routines, including feeding, soothing, sleep support, and overall developmental care, with the ability to provide calm, attentive, and structured support overnight. Responsibilities include night-time care for the baby, monitoring sleep and feeding patterns, ensuring a safe sleep environment, and offering guidance to parents as needed. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and highly experienced with newborns, with excellent communication skills and a gentle, nurturing approach. The schedule is 3–4 nights per week with 8–10 hour shifts. This arrangement is expected to continue for the next 2–4 weeks.
