A family in Needham, MA is seeking an experienced live-in nanny to care for their two children, ages 7 and 9. The role includes private living quarters and a vehicle provided for all job-related driving. The ideal candidate is reliable, engaging, and experienced with school-aged children, bringing a positive and organized approach to both childcare and household support.
Responsibilities include providing attentive care and supervision, assisting with daily routines such as school preparation and after-school schedules, and supporting the children’s participation in activities and enrichment. The nanny will handle light driving, including school pick-ups, drop-offs, and transporting the children to activities. A key part of the role is engaging the children in age-appropriate play, encouraging independence, and fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.
Additional duties include light household tasks to help keep the home running smoothly, particularly those related to the children.
Schedule is Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week. Private living accommodations and full health benefits offered!
Compensation is $30-35 gross per hour (DOE)
