Minneapolis family is seeking a full-time live-in Nanny to join their household beginning in November 2025. This is a sole-charge childcare position caring for a 2.5-year-old and a newborn due in December. The family also has a 12-year-old child who is present during the summer and some holidays; occasional care will be required during these periods.
The nanny will be responsible for providing developmentally appropriate care, maintaining daily routines, and creating a nurturing and safe environment for the children. The role will include support with newborn care, establishing sleep routines, tracking milestones, and maintaining a nanny journal. Responsibilities also include basic cooking for the children, keeping playrooms and bedrooms organized, and handling standard nursery duties. Driving the children to and from activities, as well as traveling with the family, will be required. The nanny must be flexible and team-oriented, as the household also includes a Housekeeper and a PT Nanny. A vehicle is provided for both work-related and personal use.
Accommodations: Private bedroom and bathroom provided in a separate area of the home, shared main entrance.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 48 Hours Per Week
Pay: $35/hr
