Family in Great Falls, VA is seeking a highly professional, dedicated, and nurturing live-in nanny to care for four children – two girls (ages 12 and 9) and two boys (ages 5 and 3). The nanny will be provided with a private two-bedroom guest house on the property. The ideal candidate is an experienced childcare professional with a strong, genuine passion for fostering children’s development through engaging, age-appropriate activities. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, planning creative play and learning experiences, assisting with light meal prep, and ensuring a safe and loving environment. Comfort around pets, flexibility, and a proactive, warm demeanor are essential. Full-time schedule, with emphasis on afternoon and evening hours and with flexibility to accommodate schedule variations. Competitive salary of $75,000–$100,000 per year DOE.
