A loving family in Rowayton, CT is seeking an experienced nanny to care for their newborn. The ideal candidate is nurturing, reliable, and skilled in all aspects of infant care, with a focus on creating a safe, stimulating, and developmentally supportive environment. Flexibility for occasional family travel is also required.
Key responsibilities include full newborn care, such as preparing bottles, changing diapers, dressing, assisting with bathing, and supporting the bedtime routine. The nanny will also manage the child’s laundry and maintain a clean, organized space. A critical part of the role is actively engaging the newborn in age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, motor, and sensory development, ensuring a nurturing and enriching daily routine.
This full-time position is Monday through Friday, approximately 45 hours per week.
Pay up to $40 per hour.
