A VIP family in Amman, Jordan is seeking an experienced and highly professional nanny for newborn twins due in May/June. This role is ideal for a confident and knowledgeable childcare professional with extensive newborn experience, who can take a leading role within a fully staffed household. While a maternity nurse will provide primary care for the first six months, the nanny will be a permanent placement, overseeing the care team and ensuring the highest standards of care, routine, and development for the twins from the very beginning.
The nanny will be responsible for supervising the maternity nurse and any additional caregivers, ensuring consistency in routines, feeding, sleep schedules, and developmental support. As the twins grow, the nanny will transition into a more hands-on role, providing attentive, nurturing care, supporting key milestones, and maintaining a structured, loving environment. Responsibilities are focused solely on the children, including managing their spaces, belongings, and overall wellbeing within this well-organised, fully staffed home.
This is a live-in nanny position offering accommodation within the family’s residence, including a private bedroom and bathroom. The schedule will consist of 12-hour days, 6 days per week, with details to be confirmed. The family is offering a salary of up to $7,000 per month.
