We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Live-In Nanny to provide exceptional care for a newborn and support a thriving 18-month-old in Montecito, CA, joining an existing nanny team to ensure seamless, high-quality childcare. The ideal candidate will specialize in newborn care, including feeding, sleep routines, and developmental support, while also assisting with all child-related needs for both children, from playtime and activities to meal preparation and daily routines. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment, supporting developmental milestones, coordinating with the current nanny to ensure consistent care, and managing light household tasks related to the children. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and skilled in newborn and toddler care, with excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a genuine passion for supporting young families. Schedule: 45 hours per week with 2 days off. Pay: $30+ per hour.
