First-time parents based in Dubai are seeking a seasoned newborn care specialist to support them following the arrival of their twins due in mid-December, for three to six months. There are other staff in the house, so the candidate/s will solely be responsible for the care of the babies. There is staff accommodation available near the family property for the candidate to use when not on duty. The family will hire two candidates and the schedule is still to be determined,.
Duties will include:
- Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the baby at all times
- Providing professional guidance and advice concerning baby’s care
- Working in a supportive and collaborative way with the parents, respecting the family’s personal preferences while building their confidence
- Implementing an effective sleep and feeding routine that the parents can continue once the contract has finished
- Full-charge care, when/if required
The parents wish to be involved with the babies as much as they can, and would greatly appreciate guidance from the candidate/s when possible. They would like the candidate to have previous experience working with twins, and they want someone who is hands-on and resourceful, but also knows when to give the family space.
Salary up to 2,000+ AED per day DOE + health insurance while in Dubai ad all business expenses will be covered.
