Key Responsibilities:

Provide loving, attentive care for a newborn

Support feeding, naps, diapering, and daily routines

Follow safe sleep practices and infant safety guidelines

Engage the baby in age-appropriate interaction and developmental activities

Monitor milestones and overall wellbeing

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of baby-related areas and items

Communicate clearly with parents about the baby’s day and progress
Schedule & Compensation:

Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

One date night per month

Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Pay: $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
