A beautiful, long term client in Coral Gables requires a wonderful, experienced, dedicated and warm Nanny for the long term!
This position will be caring for their four children, aged 7, 6, 2 and 7 months.
Schedule: ROTA position (e.g. 7 days on/ 7 days off – flexible for travel). Thursday – Thursday schedule
The ideal candidate will be well experienced (7+ years as a Nanny in Private/ High Profile homes), and have a passion for her role as a Nanny. This would come with a warm, kind, loving and structured nature, with the ability to be flex in the role and be open to change. The children are super active and energetic, so being active, creative and nurturing is important to support and encourage the children’s development.
Swimming and water activities are a huge part of this family’s activities; candidate must be comfortable with and enjoy swimming in pools, ocean, splash pads etc, both at home and whilst traveling.
The family will travel (with notice) and this is a requirement of the role.
All standard childcare duties are included in this role (including light housekeeping – tidying/ vacuuming the children’s rooms/ playroom, and light cooking – putting together food for the children; perhaps chicken tenders, or a fruit salad when the Chef is off or perhaps quite busy).
This is a fully staffed household (Chef, twice weekly Housekeepers and the Nannies) who enjoy longevity amongst their team.
As such, the perfect candidate will be a Nanny who works well in a team – this is a ROTA position, so excellent communication for continuity of care and structure/ routine across both Nannies is imperative, and flexibility over the schedule (when traveling, for example) is required between both Nannies. Initiative and willingness to pitch in and help your fellow team members if needed is greatly appreciated.
Excellent English is required, and Spanish speaking is a bonus
Current passport and COVID vaccination is required, along with Tdap and Flu Vaccine
