A family in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Nanny to care for their toddler and take on a hands-on, development-focused role within the home. The position includes all aspects of childcare, from creating a nurturing and engaging environment with developmentally appropriate activities to supporting daily routines and encouraging early learning through play. Responsibilities also include preparing healthy meals for the child, managing child-related laundry, maintaining organization of the toddler’s spaces, keeping track of supplies and making necessary purchases, and researching local classes and activities to support social and developmental growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and genuinely invested in early childhood development, with a warm and reliable approach. This is a Monday through Friday role, approximately 40 hours per week, and applicants must be local to Charlotte, as no relocation candidates will be considered. Hourly rate is $30–$35 offered depending on experience.
