A tight-knit family based in the Denver, Colorado area is seeking a newborn care specialist to support their family as they welcome twins this July!

Location: Englewood, Colorado
Ages of children: The family is expecting twins in July! They also have a 2-year-old son.
Start date/Contract dates: 4-6+ month contract beginning in July 2022
Schedule: ~4 weeks of 24/7 care and 20+ weeks of 6-7 day/week 12 hour overnight care. A candidate who is willing to work with the family around scheduling as it pertains to any travel and collaborating with the family’s live-in nanny will be key.
Compensation: The family is offering $30-50+/hour based on the outlined schedule and candidate experience.
Live-in/Live-out: A bed in the baby’s nursery will be provided for working hours. If the candidate is not local to Denver, they will be provided a private bedroom and bathroom on a separate floor of the family’s home for time off.

A tight-knit family based in Englewood is excited to welcome their second and third child this summer. The family’s two-year-old loves sports, reading, and playing outdoors and is excited to meet his new baby siblings. The family describes themselves as laid back, organized, social, and private, with a dedication to their Christian faith. They are excited to find an NCS who can support them as they become a family of five!
The family travels frequently throughout the year for work and fun and has a fast-paced lifestyle, though they are looking forward to having some downtime when their babies are born. The family works with a live-in nanny and has a housekeeper as a part of their collaborative household team. A candidate who brings expertise in newborn care and experience in working with twins will be a valued addition!
Ideal candidate:
This position is ideal for a candidate with recent applicable overnight NCS experience who is well versed in supporting parents as they prepare to welcome twins! Someone who can step in and step out to provide family time will be appreciated as the family enjoys special moments with their new babies.
A candidate who is excited to be a beam of support to navigate feedings, create strong sleep foundations, and support the family and infants with all baby-related caregiving, tidying, and baby-related household upkeep will be valued. Someone who can support the family on any travel during their contract will be appreciated!
While not a requirement for the role, proven twin infant experience is strongly preferred for this role!
Newborn care specialist training, preferably through Newborn Care Solutions or another CACHE-accredited program
Knowledge of every aspect of newborn care, including professional and working knowledge of feeding, bathing, and dressing infants, and preparing, cleaning, and sanitizing bottles
Experience and knowledge surrounding sleep conditioning, establishing routines, feeding routines, and developmental milestones
Valid driver’s license
3 years of relevant professional experience (as a newborn care specialist, night nanny, doula, or nanny)
Flexibility to travel with the family as needed for the duration of the contract
Fully vaccinated and boosted (when eligible) against COVID-19 prior to starting date in accordance with applicable laws
