Job Description: An easy going Christian family is looking to welcome a live-in nanny to care for their two children in Harringay, North London from September 2022. The family is a part of their local church. The nanny may enjoy being part of the various social engagements that are available for people with young children during the week if this is of interest to the nanny, but this is not mandatory.
Their son will be just over 4 years old when the role commences, and he will be starting reception in September and their daughter will be 1 year old in October.
The nanny will be caring, trustworthy and able to care for both children whilst having a good employee-employer relationship with the parents. The family requires a live-in nanny who is dependable as the parent’s schedule during Term Time is very busy. The father will be home during school holidays as he is a school teacher. The family’s preference is for the nanny to take their holidays during school holidays.
This position requires wrap around care for both children whilst mostly caring for their daughter during the school day. The children happily follow a routine however the family is happy for the nanny to contribute to this as mutually agreed.
The children get lots of socialisation by attending baby groups, park outings and meeting with friends.
The family is hoping to make an offer of employment by July 2022 with the start date commencing in September 2022, as the family will be travelling throughout the Summer.
The nanny will get 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays per annum.
