About the job

End Sept/early Oct start in MARYLEBONE: Top, *trained*, Daily Nanny (G5 yrs & new baby due in mid-October)

New clients in Marylebone are seeking a superb, **trained** Nanny to support mum with her 2 children. The role will start towards the end of September/early October, so the new Nanny is established before the arrival of a second baby (a baby boy is due in mid-October). We are recruiting for a candidate with training, ideally a Norland applicant or someone with other formal training.

This is Daily role Monday - Friday; contractual 10 hour days: 8/8:30am to 6/6:30pm with the flexibility for occasional, prearranged babysitting.

The new Nanny must have proven experience of supporting new babies & school-age children, and be a good team player for this shared care role, as Mother doesn't work and enjoys being involved with her daughter's upbringing. Father works long hours, , travels for business and his business sometimes requires him to hosts guests & attend functions, hence the need for flexibility to babysit.

Our clients are a young international family who are into healthy living, eating & nutrition and would like the Nanny to share their interest in healthy lifestyle. Their daughter (5 years) attends a school locally in Regents Park. Mum is pregnant with a baby boy and has a planned C-section for the 3rd week of October. They would therefore like a nanny to start early October. There will probably be a Night Nanny, but there will not be a MN, so the new Nanny must have experience with new babies as well as oler children - hence the requirements for a formally trained candidate.

This is a shared care role with mum, who likes to do the school drop off, so this role will mainly be for the baby boy but then supporting with both children from the afternoon onwards. Full nursery duties expected, but the family do have a Chef who will pick up most of the cooking duties. The key aspect of this role, is to have someone confident in planning age-appropriate and developmentally stimulating activities for their children and to support them educationally. The eldest has lots of afterschool activities and clubs, so being flexible to support with these.

The family need someone professional, discrete and high energy and ideally who is a confident London driver. The family is currently living in Marylebone but hope to move into a larger apartment in Central London next year. Bond Street & Baker Street tubes are pretty much equidistant.

There may be some travel required in due course, when the baby is a big better - mainly European travel (South of France, Turkey etc).

In terms of salary, they will be well, dependent on experience & training. The family's PA will probably be doing first round interviews and then shortlisted applicants will interview with Mum.
