We are looking for an outstanding travel career nanny for a really wonderful family of three originally from New York City to Miami. Flexibility to cover full-time care for their infant. The baby generally sleeps 7:30pm-7:30am, so they don't need anyone to work overnight unless they going out to a late dinner.
They are looking for one more rotational nanny that compliments the Modern Minders nanny we have placed in the home. You will work 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off in rotation with this nanny. This is a 24/7 shift when you are on the clock. This is a Live-in while working with private accommodations provided in the family’s home, and live-out during off weeks. The family is open to candidates who fly in and out for their scheduled work weeks, and may be open to providing local accommodations during off weeks for the perfect candidate. They really want the best of the best.
Typically duties will be anything child related. This family really values education and experience equally. Their ideal person will have a background in early childhood education or a teaching back ground. They will understand the in and outs of infant care and what milestones are happening as the baby grows. A nanny who is a team player and thrives working on a team oriented environment. They are looking for nannies who can take on baby-related tidying, feeding, and laundry. An interest or background in family assisting will be a big plus, as this will ensure the candidate can grow with the family for years to come! They are looking for a true career nanny.
Other Wish List items:
Must speak English however if you spoke Spanish fluently this would be a huge plus. Other languages welcomed.
Knowledge of age-appropriate developmental activities i.e. educational background.
Must be able to drive child and comfortable with driving.
Must have a valid passport. They would prefer someone who has a US passport as there is international travel to the UK and the family travels freely without needing to obtain a visas to various locations stateside and abroad.
They would prefer to have a nanny who is fully vaccinated, this includes the covid 19 vaccination and booster.
Compensation an hourly rate equivalent to $100k-$130+k/year in annualized earnings based on the 26 weeks/year rotational schedule. Other benefits include fully covered health and dental insurance and relocation assistance.
