A professional couple is looking for a long-term, full-time, live-out nanny, in Wellington, Florida. The role start as soon as possible. The family may offer relocation for the right candidate. The family includes the mother, father, 7-year old girl, and 4-year old boy. They have birds, 2 pug dogs, and 1 pug dog that travels with them. Other staff includes a house manager, chef, two housemen, 2 housekeepers, a laundress, a personal assistant, two servers, and a part-time nanny/Spanish teacher who helps teach the children Spanish.
Hours will ideally be 5-days per week, with 2-days off. The 2-days off will vary from week-to-week. Weekday hours will generally be 12pm-7pm and weekend hours will generally be 7am-7pm. The nanny must have a valid U.S. Passport and be willing and able to travel, without restriction. There will be travel to the families other homes in NYC, Massachusetts, and to Europe. They do primarily fly private.
The nanny must have several years of experience caring for elementary-age children for a HNW formal family. This person should be engaging, plan activities with the kids, be proactive, and nurture the children’s growth and educate them. It would be a bonus if the nanny speaks Spanish. There may be light housekeeping duties, such as helping to keep the kitchen clean, keeping the kids bedrooms and play rooms clean and organized, and helping with the children’s laundry.
The family is offering a generous salary, medical, PTO, paid sick/personal days, paid federal holidays, a performance-based yearly bonus, and 401k. They nanny must be CPR/first aid certified, and must know how to swim. Must have a valid drivers’ license, must have a car, and must have a clean driving record. The nanny must be COVID vaccinated.
