LAS VEGAS, NV (OPEN TO ALL US CANDIDATES)-Active, growing family seeks a FULL-TIME NANNY for their 7-year-old boy, 4-year-old girl and baby on the way (due December). Hours are typically weekdays from 8am-5pm (40-50 hours/week), with flexibility to work nights and weekends for work events approximately twice per month. Dates are provided a couple of weeks in advance! Schedule will likely be heavier in the afternoons/evenings until the baby is born! They love to travel as a family once every other month and would love for their nanny to join! Their travels often take them to Hawaii, Cabo, Turks and Caicos, Oregon, as well as Colorado to visit family (nanny would not be required to travel to CO). Duration is typically 3-7 days max. Must have a valid passport! Primarily responsibility will be for the baby during the day, as the eldest two are in school/summer camps. Duties in addition to complete childcare include picking up the eldest two from school and taking them to sports/ after school activities (family SUV is provided while on the job; must have a clean driving record!), basic household duties while baby is napping (no deep cleaning, but tidying, baby’s laundry, etc.), meal/snack prep for the kiddos, etc. Ultimately mom is seeking someone who can work in partnership as her right-hand person! Someone who can walk into the home, assess the situation and jump right in! Must be comfortable working alongside a stay-at-home mom. Teamwork and communication are key! They have a housekeeper 4 days per week, so no deep cleaning. Primary focus is on the children. They are open to considering out of state candidates and providing relocation assistance, however housing is not provided. They have two large dogs in the home who need to be fed occasionally and have their water bowl filled, let out, etc. Must love dogs! They seek a nanny who is able bodied with the ability to keep up with very active kids! Someone who is fun, outgoing, caring, able to travel, and long-term minded. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is proactive and driven—always two steps ahead! Pay is ideally $25-30/hour, but flexible for the right candidate! Benefits include paid sick, holidays, vacation and health insurance plan. Start date is somewhat flexible. They would love to have someone start around August/early fall to get acclimated with the family ahead of the baby coming so it’s a seamless transition/entry.
