A lovely family of four in the neighborhood of SoHo in Manhattan is seeking a full-time live-in or live-out nanny for their toddler and newborn. The schedule will vary, but will roughly be 55 hours per week with some weekends. This nanny must have flexibility in their schedule to stay late or overnight when needed. The family will provide accommodation nearby their home for the nanny to live in.
Job responsibilities will cover all care of their children, managing of their routines and schedules, preparing meals, keeping their spaces and belongings clean and tidy, and changing the newborns diapers and making sure they are hitting milestones. The nanny should be proactive and self-sufficient while keeping the parents informed and working as a team to facilitate the ideal care for their children. The ideal candidate is a flexible team-player with a warm and positive disposition. They’re looking for someone playful and engaging who will initiate games, activities, and outings that stimulate their children’s curiosity and development.
The family needs this candidate to be able to travel internationally as well as spending the summers in the Hampton’s. This family is looking for a nanny who can grow with them and become a member of their family long-term, please be COVID vaccinated. The salary range offered is $35-$45 per hour and the rate will reflect the experience and skill-set of the hired candidate. This position will also have a healthcare stipend.
