Sherman Oaks- Busy working parents are in need of a Family Assistant to do both assistant tasks and nanny duties. The job is about 50% assistant duties and 50% nanny duties. They are looking for a Monday-Thursday schedule with a 4 hour shift on Friday, Saturday or Sunday (discussed in advance). Mondays & Thursdays will be 8:15am-6:30pm and Tuesdays/Wednesdays will be 12-8pm. 40 hours guaranteed. Each day will include 4 or 5 hours to do the following tasks: running errands, scheduling house maintenance, pet care (feeding the cat), grocery shopping as well as misc. shopping needs (example: clothes for the children), laundry, meal prep/cooking (basic cooking), light housekeeping, maintaining a plan or schedule for the family’s personal and professional needs. The nanny duties will include driving one of the children to speech therapy, doing a couple of days of drop offs and pickups in the afternoon from their daycare. Feeding them dinner, bathtime, and putting them to bed on two of the days. Their ideal nanny is mellow when it comes to personality, but they also want someone who can anticipate needs and plan ahead. They are so busy and would like to find someone to partner with them when it comes to providing the twins with the support they need at any given milestone. They are very collaborative and communicative and would like someone who is also a good communicator. The nanny should be highly responsible, loving, and warm.
