Family in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a career nanny for 3 children (ages 4, 2, baby arriving Jan 2026). You will work alongside established nanny team in collaborative, respectful household.
Responsibilities:
- Primary care for older two children (rotating with co-nanny)
- Developmental play, school/activity transportation, feeding, routines
- Light household support: children’s laundry, tidying, dishes, meal prep, errands
Schedule:
Mon/Tue: (7:00am-8:30am and 12:30-6:00pm)
Wed/Fri: 7am-6pm
Thu: 12:30-8pm
Flexibility for occasional early/late, Saturdays, travel required
Compensation: $30-33/hour DOE | Guaranteed hours | PTO, paid holidays, sick time | Mileage reimbursement
