A lovely family based in Paris is looking for an experienced Teacher/Governess to teach their wonderful 10-year-old daughter going into the 7th grade.
In this role, you will get the opportunity to provide this young mind with an enriching and stimulating environment, delivering engaging lessons and educational activities.
This family often travels so accommodation will be provided for you to accompany them. When the family travels, you will be in charge of supervising lessons, homework, and activities.
The perfect candidate will be flexible, cheerful, assertive, organized, and resilient.
General duties (but not limited):
• Making sure that her bag is packed and prepared before school
• All homework and work is completed to a high standard
• A timetable for studying and learning is created
• Supervision all school work and one-on-one tutoring
• Fun and educational outings to be planned
• A close working partnership with the parents to keep track of progress and ensure she is growing and learning effectively.
• Educational and engaging lesson and revision plans created
• Teach proper manners and etiquette
Candidate requirements (but not limited):
• Must be active and love outdoor activities as the child is very active.
• Someone fun but assertive, a good role model for the child
• MUST have an EU passport or residency
• Teaching background
