We are working with a family who spends the year in Palm Beach and the summers in the Hamptons. They have a two-year-old and a newborn and are looking for a Rota nanny who can work for 14 days on and 14 days off. They are looking for a nanny who is local to New York or Florida and is comfortable driving and a car will be provided while working. They will also provide a flight back-and-forth on days off depending on location. They are looking for a nanny who is experienced working in a similar position, must have at least eight years, full-time, nanny experience, worked with toddlers and newborns, and a fully staffed home environment. Ideally! They are looking for a nanny who works well with hands-on parents, and as part of a team, someone who is extremely discreet, easy-going, and takes direction well. This is a full-time Rota position salary offered is 140,000 per year which includes a health stipend, holidays off and two weeks paid time off.
