A friendly family of three based in sunny Palm Beach, FL is seeking a professional, educationally-focused ROTA nanny to join them in caring for their 16-month-old!
Location: Palm Beach, FL and Nantucket, MA
Ages of children: 16 months old
Start date/Contract dates: As soon as they find the right fit!
Schedule: Full-time rotational schedule of either 4 days on/4 days off or 1 week on/ 1 week off. Candidates will be responsible for 24/7 coverage while on duty and schedule flexibility and collaboration to adjust weekly schedules to correspond with the family’s travel schedule will be key.
Compensation:The family is offering an annualized base compensation of $85-100+k/year based on the rotational schedule.
Benefits: The family is open to providing benefits including paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, relocation assistance, and a vehicle for professional use based on the position and total compensation package.
Live-in/Live-out: Live-in. A private bedroom and en suite bathroom on a separate floor from the family in both Palm Beach and Nantucket while on rotation. The family may be able to offer off-site housing for the right relocation candidate. Flying in and out for rotation is not an option at this time.
