Cotswolds + travel: TWO x Rota Maternity Nurses – mid-December start (4 month bookings) ££££
Great role, for 2 x 5* Maternity Nurses!
Returning, professional, hands-on clients, are seeking TWO, very experienced & professional, Rota Maternity Nurses to provide 24/7 care for their second baby who is due at the end of December. These positions will be 4 month contracts, from mid/end December until end April 2023.
Each MN will work a 24/7 rota (or possibly 24/10 if all parties are happy), in a fully staffed household alongside mum, dad and the two nannies for the eldest child, so it is really vital the new MN candidates are great team players and happy to work to mum’s requirements.
The Rota Maternity Nurses must be fully trained & qualified and have extensive experience (minimum of 5+ years) working with babies and be happy in a mixed sole charge & shared care set-up. They will have shared care responsibility for the baby who is due to arrive by elective c-section at the end of December.
Our clients prefer routine-orientated candidates who can fully support them, baby will be breastfed and breastfeeding experience is essential. But mum is a working professional and will return to work quickly, so structure is essential.
Previous experience working for UHNW/VIP clients in fully staffed households is also an essential condition, and the new Maternity Nurses must also have a “muck-in” attitude, be really great team players as there are rota nannies for the eldest child and have a natural ability to use their initiative and able to “read the room” with the ability to step in and out as required. The household is fully staffed and semi-formal. Candidates will be required to sign NDAs so discretion is paramount. However, the family is grounded and very personable and are looking for friendly yet discreet candidates.
The family is located on the western edge of the beautiful Cotswolds, close to Cheltenham. There will be some foreign travel, so we do require candidates who are able to travel. Nannies who have previous experience of working in Rota scenarios and in fully staffed households is hugely desirable.
Accommodation is of course supplied when on duty and as is the case with rota appointments, a degree of flexibility will be required to cover in the rare event of emergency sickness. And it is essential the MNs are confident drivers (with clean licenses).
A generous salary package is available for top class, 5* candidates. The roles will start mid/end December and will be 4 month contracts (end of April 2023).
