Ultra-high net worth family in Miami, Florida, seeking a dedicated and experienced Nanny to join their dynamic team. The family consists of 10 wonderful children, ranging in age from 2 to 17 years old. They have a total of 8 nannies who work in rotating shifts to provide the highest level of care and support to our children. Each Nanny is responsible for a subset of children, typically 2-3 at a time. The family values collaboration, teamwork, and the utmost dedication to the well-being and development of our children.

Candidate’s primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety, happiness, and overall development of the children under your care. You will work alongside a team of experienced nannies, each taking turns in 5-day work schedules with 2 consecutive days off and some weekend days. The shifts are either from 6 am to 2 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Childcare: Provide attentive and loving care for 2-3 children within your assigned age group.
Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times, both inside and outside the home.
Education: Encourage educational activities and help with homework as needed, with a background in early childhood education being a plus.
Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
Transportation: Safely transport the children to school, extracurricular activities, and appointments as required.
Activities: Organize and engage the children in age-appropriate and stimulating activities, both indoors and outdoors.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with other nannies to maintain consistency in the children’s routines and care.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with other team members and parents regarding the children’s needs, schedules, and progress.


Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Nanny in a team environment, ideally with large families.
Education: A background in early childhood education is a plus.
Team Player: Must have a strong ability to work well within a team, collaborate with others, and leave personal ego aside for the greater good of the children.
Flexibility: Be adaptable to a rotating schedule and able to work some weekends.
CPR and First Aid Certification: Current certification in CPR and first aid for children is required.
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.
