A family based in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their two children, ages 7 and 3. The family is looking for a career nanny with a teaching background or strong educational experience, who can actively support the children’s learning, development, and daily routines in a structured and engaging way.
Key responsibilities include supporting the children before and after school, maintaining consistent routines, and providing a calm, organized transition throughout the day. The nanny will be responsible for school pick-ups, driving the children safely to nearby activities in Miami Beach, and preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks. A strong focus on educational engagement, homework support, and age-appropriate learning activities is essential.
The role also includes traveling with the family when required, so flexibility and adaptability are important. Candidates must be confident drivers with a clean driving record and comfortable transporting children locally.
This is a Monday to Friday position (40 hours per week) with a split-shift schedule during term time, and more consolidated hours during school holidays and family travel. The position offers $35 per hour.
