Family in Miami Beach is seeking a Full-Time Nanny to support the daily care and development of their two young children, ages 1 and 2 years old. The ideal candidate will work alongside Mom and existing household staff, providing nurturing, developmentally aligned care while maintaining essential child-related housekeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities;
Childcare (Primary Focus)
- Provide full-time daily care for two toddlers.
- Support child-led activities rooted in Montessori philosophy.
- Maintain and follow daily routines, including meals, play, naps, and outdoor time.
- Prepare toddler meals and snacks.
- Engage children in sensory play, educational activities, and outdoor play.
- Manage diapering, toileting support, and bath/bedtime routines.
- Assist with school drop-off/pick-up or driving as needed (driving required).
- Travel occasionally with the family.
- Provide supervision during water activities when necessary.
Child-Related Housekeeping
- Children’s laundry.
- Tidying and organizing children’s bedrooms and play areas.
- Light housekeeping connected to the children’s routines
- Occasional errands or grocery runs.
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Live-Out Position)
Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 per year
