Compensation: $30-$35/hour + bonus, PTO & vehicle for professional use

Schedule: 30 guaranteed hours/week Mondays-Thursdays from 2pm-9:30pm

A busy, kind-hearted mother of three, located in McLean, Virginia is seeking a nanny to care for her three children. She has 7-year-old twin daughters and a 4-year-old son.

Mom describes the older of her two twins as bright, chatty, engaged, and confident. She likes art, crafts, writing, math, and problem solving. She describes the younger of her two twins as athletic, funny, and outgoing. She likes sports, reading, and imaginative play. One may find her climbing trees or rolling in the mud! Both girls are in the 2nd grade.  Their younger brother is described as friendly, happy, and always smiling! He loves playing with his sisters and hugs everyone that he meets.  He enjoys playgrounds, cars, trains, and imaginative play. He is also in school full-time. The family recently relocated to the area from Los Angeles and enjoyed going to the beach at home. They are still exploring the area and discovering what it has to offer. Mom may be home at the very beginning of the shift, but otherwise, she will not be home.

This position is ideal for the candidate who is organized, tidy, and engaging. Responsibilities include picking the children up from school in the family vehicle, helping with homework, preparing balanced and nutritious meals for the children, tidying up children’s areas, children’s laundry, bath time for the youngest, and bedtime routines.

Minimum Requirements:

·       3 years professional childcare experience

·       High school diploma

·       At least 21 years of age

·       Currently fully COVID-19 vaccinated

·       Note: Mom is fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however the children are not.

·      Comfortable preparing health, balanced meals for children


The schedule is full-time, guaranteeing 30hours/week.  The general schedule will fall on Mondays through Thursdays from 2pm to 9:30pm.


The family is offering $30-$35/hour, based on 30 hours/week which equates to $900-$1,050/week and an annualized base compensation package of $$46,800-$54,600/year.
