Role: Full-time daily nanny for a 2 year old girl. Live Out but will consider live in.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 11 Hours a day, or ROTA
Salary: Circa £65k
A busy family are moving permanently to Marylebone, London and are seeking an experienced, highly competent, and nurturing full-time nanny to care for their two-year-old child. The role involves frequent travel to Europe and the USA, requiring a nanny comfortable and experienced with international travel.
The nanny will be responsible for providing attentive and high-quality care, ensuring the child’s safety and well-being. They will plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote development, learning, and creativity. The nanny will assist with daily routines, organize and participate in outings, playdates, and classes whilst communicating effectively with the mum. Additionally, they will manage packing and unpacking for frequent travels, ensuring a smooth transition during trips, often traveling for one week every two months and potentially up to two weeks when in the USA.
Their two-year-old child is described by everyone as a very sweet and easy-going child who is highly engaged and curious about the world. She enjoys the usual activities for little ones such as swimming, playdates, playing etc and can focus on certain activities for a prolonged period. She will be starting nursery in September.
The family is looking for someone with an intricate attention to detail, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and who is efficient and organized. The ideal nanny will be happy, full of heart, and engaging. Someone who loves to be playful, happy to sing and dance with the child but also be warm and nurturing, acting as a second mum.
Mum is expecting her second baby in February. The baby will have their own maternity nurse for 6 months, and so the nanny’s focus will be on the older child until the maternity nurse has finished.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a nanny or in a related childcare role, with experience in international travel. Enhanced DBS and First Aid certification are required, along with strong references and a track record of long-term positions with families
