We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and proactive Nanny to care for adorable two girls, ages 3 and 2. The family values health, safety, education, and outdoor activities, and they are looking for someone who shares these priorities. The role involves sole charge of our children from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to accommodate our travel schedule and needs.
The eldest daughter attends school in Notting Hill from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and will gradually extend her hours to 3:00 PM. The youngest participates in activities outside the home in Notting Hill and Marylebone. The position is flexible with live-in or live-out options.
Key responsibilities include planning and preparing meals, organizing educational and recreational activities, managing weekly schedules, and teaching foreign languages (French or Mandarin preferred). The Nanny will also handle nursery duties, light housekeeping, and coordinate family and social events.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and the family would love her to speak French or Mandarin, highly organized, sociable, and creative in advancing the children’s development. The role requires calmness under pressure and a positive attitude.
The family maintains a second home in France and the Nanny will spend 6-8 weeks there each summer, with weekends off for independent travel. Travel with the family during school term breaks is also expected, with a preference for larger holiday leave in December/January.
