Fantastic Rota Nanny role working for a lovely family in Chelsea, looking after a 3 month baby boy. It will be shared charge with mum initially, but she is returning to work in August when the role will become sole charge. It is a fully staffed household so you must be a team player with excellent communication skills. We are looking for a calm, gentle person who is discrete and respectful of privacy and family time.
Accommodation: Bed in Nursery, own bathroom & bedroom for breaks. A kitchenette for the preparation of a light meal or snack
General duties:
- All childcare duties
- Implementation of the routine already in place by the Maternity Nurse.
- Knowledge of sleep training to extend the night-time feeds.
- Structured & spontaneous play activities to encourage growth & development.
- Knowledge of developmental milestones & preparation for weaning. (An Early Childhood Development background would be ideal)
- Preparation of Milk Feeds & Baby meals as weaning is introduced.
- Nursery duties- Management of Baby laundry & keeping the nursery neat and tidy.
- Some travel but not usually for more than a week.
Candidate requirements:
- Essential you have experience with this age group
- Fluent English
- Early childhood Development background would be a bonus
- Must be happy to travel with the family
- Driver preferred but not essential
Location: SW3, Chelsea London
Salary: pa, gross, £70,000 – £80,000
Working Days: 24 / 7 weekly rota
