Job Summary: This lovely family are looking for an experienced, professional, kind and caring nanny, to care for their little boy who is nearly 15 months old. The Nanny would be expected to have a good understanding and experience of working with children of a similar age. the little boy is happy and healthy, and the family are keen to encourage him to have a love of the outdoors. They are also happy for him to attend groups / classes and would like the Nanny to organise age and stage related activities for him. The role is a mixture of sole charge and shared care, and you will be responsible for all normal nursery duties (including cooking for the little boy)
General duties:
A mix of sole and shared care
Travelling to their country home and Europe
All normal nursery duties
Preparing healthy nutritious meals
Scheduling and attending classes
Planning fun activities
Packing and unpacking for travel
Driving
Accommodation: In London, own bedroom and bathroom, Cotswolds separate Annex with own entrance
Salary: £43,000 gross plus (DOE)
Candidate requirements:
Experience with similar age group is very important
Fluent English skills
Confident driver
Comfortable working in a home with dogs (they have 2)
Happy to travel with the family
Flexibility to work weekends and extra babysitting when needed
A progressive outlook on childcare and a willingness to work collaboratively with the family as part of a team is essential
Creative, energetic and enjoys being outside
