Our client residing in Limassol, Cyprus is seeking for a Native English speaking governess for Boy 6. The boy is fluent in English as he had an English nanny since the age of 3. Your duties will include teaching the English language through day-to-day communication and games, organizing language oriented activities and general upbringing. The boy is very interested in botany (plants), sciences and experiments, Lego, sports – jogging and swimming, football. No caring duties! The schedule is 5/2, Mon-Fri, 8 hours a day with a 1 hour lunch-break. The salary on offer is 1000-1500 GBP per week depending on candidate’s qualification and experience. Separate apartment (maisonette) is provided near the family’s house very close to the sea, with private bathroom, shared kitchen, Internet, TV, gym, swimming pool. Transport expenses are covered by the client. 4 weeks paid holidays per year. The ideal candidate is a Native English speaker with previous experience working in families with children of similar ages. Teaching qualification and experience working at schoolchild day care centre would be a plus. Montessori qualifications will be an advantage. Checkable references are required by the family.
