A returning client of ours is looking for a highly professional, qualified and educated nanny to care for one child aged 2 years old. The family are looking for a happy, positive, and enthusiastic nanny who looks forward to going to work each day and their little one will get excited when you walk through the door. The family need someone who is flexible. Working 5 days a week 10 hours a day. Although the family home is in Los Angeles they do travel internationally and you will be required to travel
The family are looking for an experienced and mature candidate who is experienced and knowledgeable in all areas of child development and has the confidence to see the little girl through her milestones. Someone who has a thirst for education and provide support for children in all areas – physically, mentally, and socially. You will be responsible for all areas of childcare that will include all the nursery duties. Laundry, preparing healthy meals etc…
Both parents have demanding jobs so it is important that you really enjoy caring for children and will build a lovely bond with their little girl. The family are very respectful and welcoming and will make you feel as if you are part of their family. It is all about give and take.
Two-year commitment ideal.
The attributes required from the ideal nanny will be calm and gentle with a joyful nature. A can do attitude without getting stressed. Someone with excellent communication skills and highly organised is key. You will be required to keep a logbook. It I key that you can create an attentive and loving environment for the little boy to thrive in. A creative mind so you can arrange an array of fun and educational activities and someone who can think outside the box.
The parents would also like someone who is happy to run errands such as grocery shopping and prepare light meals as and when required along with some household management.
It is essential that you hold
• CPR and First Aid Certificates
• Clean driving licence with no DUI’s or DWI
• Non Smoker
• Confident Swimmer
• A minimum of 5 years recent nanny experience
• A proven history of working with age group
• Happy to sign an NDA
• A minimum of 3 checkable references from previous employers
• No criminal convictions
• Professional recognised British childcare qualifications or Degree
• Vaccinated
This is a full time role, and the parents are looking for a minimum of a two year commitment. Salary $80 to 100,000 gross per year DOE. Separate apartment and car provided.
