A lovely family in Knightsbridge are looking for a night nanny to help implement a good sleep routine for their 7 month old baby. They have had some challenges with their babies sleep routine and would appreciate someone who can step in and work with them to get their baby sleeping through the night. Someone highly experienced but who will make sure to listen to the parents and work as a team. Safety is extremely important to them so they are looking for someone who is very safety conscious as well and will be attentive throughout the night to insure the babies safety and well being. Someone flexible in their approach, easy going and supportive. They are very flexible with the schedule and would love your input on what would add most value. The provisional schedule would be 4 nights a week, 10-12 hours each night, for 4 weeks with the possibility of extension if needed. The would ideally like someone to start ASAP but can wait until the end of January for the right person. £18-20 /h gross
