Sole charge live-in nanny needed for busy professional parents with a delightful nearly 3 year old (who attends nursery 4 days a week) and a 6 month old baby. The role is Monday to Friday 7.30am-7.30pm. Occasional travel to Scotland and elsewhere if agreed mutually. The ideal nanny will be experienced with Early Years, particularly with babies, a qualification would be preferable but not mandatory. They hope for someone experienced with sole charge and young babies, but also comfortable with a friendly, collaborative approach with the parents. Looking for someone kind, with a genuine love for children. There is additional support in the house as the family have a housekeeper; someone who can work efficiently with them to keep things organised would be valued. There is an excellent separate space for the nanny away from the family at the top of the house, consisting of a bedroom and bathroom, next to this is a playroom/sitting room with cooking facilities and utilities (a good set up that has worked well previously). The family will pay market rates. A French speaker, Norland nanny and / or driver would all be a bonus.
